Erica Lingrell

Erica Lingrell is the Community Schools Program Manager at the Placer County Office of Education with more than 23 years of experience as a teacher, administrator, district leader, and county office leader. She partners with local educational agencies (LEAs) to strengthen integrated systems that support student success, wellness, and equitable outcomes.

Through coaching, professional learning, and technical assistance, Erica helps districts align and implement Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), trauma-informed practices, and other evidence-based approaches that promote the social, emotional, behavioral, and mental health of students. Her work focuses on building sustainable systems, structures, and partnerships that improve outcomes for students, families, and communities.
